SWSPHN is seeking proposals from eligible organisations to deliver a pilot eating disorders service model which provides care coordination, evidence based therapies and capacity building. The pilot program aims to build capacity of primary health care providers and supports multidisciplinary teams to provide care to people with or at risk of an eating disorder, with a particular focus on young people and those at risk of deterioration/hospitalisation.
