Headspace centres provide FREE or low-cost support for young people aged 12 to 25 years for their mental health, physical and sexual health, alcohol and other drugs, and work and study. Services are confidential and delivered in a youth-friendly environment by qualified youth mental health professionals.
Headspace provides early intervention mental health services to young people aged 12 to 25 years (including their families and friends) with mild to moderate mental health problems.
Headspace centres act as a ‘one-stop-shop’ for young people and their families and friends. They are designed not just for young people, but with them, to ensure they are relevant, accessible and highly effective. As a result, no two headspace centres are the same, with each offering unique services which reflect the needs of its local community.
There are five headspace centres in South Western Sydney: Bankstown, Campbelltown, Liverpool, Edmondson Park and Oran Park (with outreach at Narellan).
How to access
Young people can drop-in to their local headspace centre or phone the centre to make an appointment without a referral.
