Headspace centres provide FREE or low-cost support for young people aged 12-25 years for their mental health, physical and sexual health, alcohol and other drugs and work and study. Services are confidential and delivered in a youth-friendly environment by qualified youth mental health professionals.
Headspace provides early intervention mental health services to young people aged 12-25 years (including their families and friends) with mild to moderate mental health problems.
Headspace centres act as a ‘one-stop-shop’ for young people and their families and friends. They are designed not just for young people, but with them, to ensure they are relevant, accessible and highly effective. As a result, no two headspace centres are the same, with each offering unique services that reflect the needs of its local community.
There are three headspace centres in South Western Sydney: Bankstown, Campbelltown (with outreach at Oran Park) and Liverpool.
How to Access
Young people can drop-in to their local headspace centre or phone the centre to make an appointment without a referral.
