An after-hours radiology service is now available in South Western Sydney, providing bulk-billed X-rays and non-contrast CT scans outside standard operating hours.
After-hours imaging is available every day from 8am to 8pm.
This service provides a reliable after-hours imaging option for GPs and Urgent Care, helping avoid unnecessary emergency department referrals while supporting timely diagnosis and treatment. This service is not a substitute for emergency care.
Services include X-rays and non-contrast CT scans only (no ultrasound).
Extended hours availability is a limited-time service until 30 June 2026, with the potential to continue with demand.
How to refer patients
Referrals can be made by GPs, Urgent Care, and other health professionals.
A referral is required for all patients. This is not a walk-in service, and patients cannot self-refer.

Patients must visit a GP or Urgent Care first. If imaging is required, a referral will be provided.
