Membership of South Western Sydney PHN is open to organisations with a key interest in the health and wellbeing of the local community.
South Western Sydney PHN is a company limited by guarantee with members as opposed to shareholders. Our organisation’s governance is carried out by a Board of Directors and by becoming a member, you will have the opportunity to be involved in our organisation to improve the health of our community.
To become a member
To be eligible for membership, organisations must satisfy essential criteria including that members must be either a company incorporated in Australia or an incorporated association, not an individual, sole trader or an unincorporated association and must have a significant and active interest in the health and wellbeing of the region.
Organisational members’ objectives and activities must be consistent with, and contribute towards, the objectives of South Western Sydney PHN.
Organisational members fit into three categories:
- Full member
- Associate Member
- Friends of SWSPHN
All membership applications are reviewed by our Governance Committee for consideration by the SWSPHN Board of Directors.
