ERP Project Manager

  • As our highly valued ERP Project Manager, you’ll use your expertise to lead the implementation of our new ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central plus Contract Management.

     

    You’ll make an impact at scale by:

    • Effective project planning, management and delivery including working with the vendor to develop and implement the project plan and detailing scope, defining the schedule, budget, training and resources.
    • Establishing and leading a project team and create a change management and communication plan for regular updates and stakeholder engagement.

Indigenous Health Project Officer

  • As our highly valued Indigenous Health Promotion Officer, you’ll use your stakeholder engagement skills to support primary care provide culturally safe and appropriate care for our First Nations people.

     

    You’ll make an impact at scale by:

    • Supporting general practice to provide culturally safe and appropriate care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients
    • Promote the use of the SWSPHN Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Toolkit For General Practice
    • Support general practice to integrate with the South Western Sydney Local Health District’s Aboriginal Chronic Care Program
    • Support development of internal organisational Reconciliation Action Plan.

Workforce Engagement Coordinator

  • As our highly valued Workforce Engagement Coordinator, you’ll use your demonstrated experience and understanding of commissioning and contract management to lead projects that aim to address workforce issues in South Western Sydney.

     

    You’ll make an impact at scale by

    • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align operational implementation with strategic planning.
    • Capacity Building & Commissioning: Focus on enhancing workforce capabilities and commissioning services that meet workforce stream objectives.
    • Monitoring & Evaluation: Conduct thorough monitoring and evaluation of services to ensure they meet specified objectives.
    • Project Management: Lead and manage special projects and initiatives within general practice and allied health, including primary care support

    $81,000-$87,000 per year + 12% superannuation
