Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney’s ECLIPSE is a group for adults (aged 18 and over) who have survived a suicide attempt, regardless of whether the attempt was recent or in the past.
A safe, confidential space where people can talk openly about their suicidal thoughts and attempts with others who have had similar experiences, without fear of stigma or shame.
Offering emotional support and exploring coping strategies, the group helps participants stay safe in the future.
It is important for participants to commit to the entire 8-weeks of this closed group.
ECLIPSE is a support group, not therapy so it is recommended that participants have additional resources and supports outside of the group.
Participate in the ECLIPSE support group
Support groups are available in Bankstown, Fairfield, Liverpool, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands.
