ReFrame – Free psychological therapies for 12-25 year olds

If you live in Wollondilly and Wingecarribee and are concerned about your mental health, you may access up to 12-hours of free psychological therapies per year.


ReFrame is a psychological service delivered by youth engagement workers and youth mental health professionals who provide information, support and psychological therapies for young people aged 12-25 years who live in Wollondilly or Wingecarribee local Local government Government areasAreas. A maximum of 12 hours per calendar year is available at no cost.

Referring to the ReFrame program

GPs and provisional referrers may make a referral to ReFramethe service.

Visit the Forms and Templates resources on this website to download the GP Mental Health Treatment Plan for Children template and the SWSPHN GP Mental Health Referral Form for MedicalDirector, Best Practice or PDF/Word.

GPs may also call the South Western Sydney PHN Mental Health Central Intake on 1300 797 746 if they require more information.


Approved provisional referrals 

Approved provisional referrers include:

  • School principals
  • Counsellors and psychologists
  • Managers of youth focused community managed organisations 
  • Managers of South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD) or Iinfant child Child adolescent Adolescent mental Mental health Health service Service (ICAMHS)
  • Youth mental health and early psychosis teams
