The Virtual Aftercare Hub offers free after-hours virtual support for people in South Western Sydney who have attempted suicide or are recovering from a suicidal crisis.
The Hub is available through Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney and offers compassionate, person-centred care in a safe and confidential setting, when many other services are closed, or for people who prefer phone or online help.
This online service offers outbound support calls and follow-up care from accredited crisis supporters. Support is available on weeknight evenings when other services may be unavailable.
The service is not suitable for people who require immediate emergency intervention, or for those experiencing psychiatric symptoms such as psychosis or dissociation which would prevent engagement in the program.
If you or someone you know is at imminent risk, call 000 (Triple Zero) or visit your nearest emergency department.
Operating hours
The Hub operates Monday to Friday, 6pm to 10pm.

The service may be suitable if you are:
- aged 18 years or older
