Aim of meeting:
To support GPs and nurses to improve vaccination practices by increasing timely catch up vaccination and strengthening vaccine management.
Learning outcomes:
- Identify barriers and attitudes to vaccination in SWSLHD residents.
- Implement strategies to promote vaccination.
- Recognise the importance of timely catch-up vaccination in preventing vaccine–preventable diseases.
- Implement timely catch-up vaccination strategies to address declining vaccination coverage.
- Identify and apply appropriate vaccine storage and cold chain management practices to maintain vaccine safety and effectiveness.
