Aim of meeting:
To support GPs and nurses to improve vaccination practices by increasing timely catch up vaccination and strengthening vaccine management.
Learning outcomes:
- Identify and apply appropriate vaccine storage and cold chain management practices to maintain vaccine safety and effectiveness.
- Implement timely catch-up vaccination strategies to address declining vaccination coverage and reduce vaccine preventable disease risk.
- Apply reminder systems and overdue patient record reviews to improve vaccination uptake and reduced missed opportunities.
