As our highly valued Communications Officer, you will use your writing skills, passion for storytelling and curiosity for people to source and write newsletter, web and social media content for diverse audiences, schedule and monitor socials and contribute to the design and implementation of key campaigns.   

 

You’ll make an impact at scale by:

  • Working collaboratively across the organisation to source and draft content, including features and promotional articles on SWSPHN programs and activities
  • Source, draft and schedule social media content, monitor channels, keep up with emerging trends and evaluate and report on key metrics
  • Support the cross-function comms team in the delivery of targeted communications and campaigns for broad audiences

 

What you’ll bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Digital fluency, in particular in social media, scheduling tools, CRMs and basic CMS systems
  • Curiosity and a proactive mindset, and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks, collaborate across teams and translate complex ideas into engaging content
