If you don't have a Medicare card
COVID-19 vaccination is free, even if you don't have a Medicare card. Generally, a pharmacy or State-run clinic will be the best place to request your vaccine.
Getting tested for COVID
Most people who have COVID-19 symptoms should do a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT).
Rapid Antigen Testing
The NSW Government continue to make RATs available at no cost through health settings, non-government organisations, local councils, and Service NSW centres for priority groups such as Aboriginal communities, the aged care and disability sectors, CALD communities, and rural and remote populations. RATs are readily available for purchase in pharmacies and other retail settings.

PCR testing
If you are at higher risk of severe illness from COVID-19, contact your GP for testing advice. If your GP recommends a COVID-19 PCR test they will refer you to a bulk billed pathologist to get tested.
