Aim of meeting:
To provide practice managers with a practical understanding of the Assignment of Benefit (AoB) changes and equip them with the knowledge, systems, and workflows needed to ensure Medicare compliance and support their practice team.
Learning outcomes:
- Explain the key Assignment of Benefit changes, including the new consent, documentation, and record-keeping requirements for bulk-billed Medicare services.
- Identify the workflow, policy, and staff process changes required to implement compliant Assignment of Benefit practices across the clinic.
