Two all-inclusive consulting and allied health rooms available at MedClinic Panania

MedClinic Panania is offering two individually available clinical rooms for medical and allied health practitioners seeking to establish or expand their presence in the Panania and broader Canterbury-Bankstown area.

The opportunity is within an established GP medical centre and would suit practitioners who value a professional clinical environment, co-location with general practice and the potential for multidisciplinary collaboration.

Two spaces are available independently:

1. Dedicated consultation room
An established clinical consultation room suitable for psychology, dietetics, diabetes education, counselling, podiatry, speech pathology, medical specialists and other consulting-based health services.

2. Large multipurpose allied health room
A larger flexible clinical space which may suit occupational therapy, paediatric allied health, exercise-based consultations, physiotherapy, behaviour support or other practitioners requiring additional treatment or working space.

Both rooms are offered on an all-inclusive basis, with access to the broader facilities of the medical centre including shared patient reception and waiting areas, Wi-Fi, utilities, air-conditioning, common amenities and routine cleaning.

Basic reception and administrative support is included, including patient meet-and-greet and direction on arrival. Practitioners requiring additional administrative support, such as appointment management, phone support or other services, are welcome to discuss their requirements separately.

MedClinic Panania is particularly interested in practitioners looking to establish a regular local presence and work within a multidisciplinary primary-care environment.

Dedicated weekly arrangements are available, with day-rate options also available for practitioners seeking regular part-week consulting.

The practitioner would operate their own independent practice and retain responsibility for their professional registration, insurance, clinical services, practitioner-specific equipment and consumables.

Inspections are welcome. Please contact us with your profession, preferred days, proposed commencement date and intended use of the room.

Dedicated room rental:
$500 to $550 + GST per week, negotiable depending on room, usage requirements and arrangement.

Both rooms are available individually.

Day rates are also available for practitioners seeking regular recurring clinic days.

The weekly rental is all-inclusive of normal utilities, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, routine cleaning, use of shared reception and waiting areas, common amenities and basic reception/admin support including patient meet-and-greet.

Additional administrative support, including appointment management, phone support or other practice support services, can be discussed separately.

Practitioners should hold their own ABN, appropriate professional registration/accreditation where applicable, and appropriate professional/public liability insurance.

Practitioner-specific clinical equipment, consumables, billing and specialised administrative services are not included unless separately agreed.
