St Johns Park Medical Centre is a non-corporate Practice in St Johns Park, Western Sydney. The Practice is lead by a team of Doctors & Allied Health Professionals.

We are currently looking for a friendly, professional and reliable RN (APHRA registered) to join our Practice. The person for this role must have commitment, strong dedication, enthusiasm and great communication skills ensuring customer service is to the highest standard

Essential Requirements/Tasks & Responsibilities

To meet the requirements to be considered for this position you must be:

• Registered with APHRA as a Registered Nurse and have a minimum of 1yr experience working at a Medical Centre.
• Certificate in Infection Prevention & Control would be advantage
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Knowledge in Best Practice would be an advantage
• Nurse Immunisation Qualifications and experience
• Current CPR certificate
• Working with Children
• Police Check
• Demonstrate effective time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service

In addition experience in the following:

• Wound Care
• Triage
• Chronic Disease Managements Plans & Health Assessments or be open to becoming proficient in these with provided
• ECG’s/24hr Holter Monitor
• Maintain Immunisation Records & Vaccines Supplies
• To monitor Cold Chain
