Help shape healthcare for South Western Sydney
We are seeking community and consumer representatives to join our key community committee and help strengthen the voice of our local residents and health consumers in healthcare planning, design and decision-making.
At SWSPHN, we recognise people with lived experience bring valuable insights that contribute to better health outcomes, more responsive services and better health for all residents. Through genuine partnerships with consumers, carers and community members, we can ensure our work reflects the needs and priorities of the people we serve.
Why community voices matter
Community and consumer representatives play a critical role in advising our Board and leadership team on strategic priorities, emerging health needs, service improvement opportunities and consumer experiences.
By sharing their perspectives and lived experiences, representatives help ensure local services are accessible, equitable, person-centred and responsive to community needs.
