Healthcare providers are being reminded the contact phone and fax numbers for the South Western Sydney Local Health District’s Public Health Unit in Liverpool have changed.
The new contact details are:
• Phone numbers: The prefix for all PHU phone numbers has changed from 8778 to 9794 (e.g. 8778 0855 to 9794 0855).
• Secure fax: (02) 9794 0838.
Please note the following numbers remain unchanged:
• The state-wide number for Public Health Units (1300 066 055) will continue to redirect you to the SWSLHD Public Health Unit when calling from a locality within South Western Sydney.
• After hours: The Liverpool Hospital switch (8738 3000) remains unchanged.
