You in Mind’s Steady Steps: Anxiety and Trauma Recovery program is for people impacted by recent distressing events.

The group, facilitated by ProActive Psychology, will run via telehealth. It starts on Wednesday, 22 May, from 12pm to 1pm.

The free six-week support program aims to guide participants through these tough times, offering strategies and support to help them manage anxiety and regain their footing.
