Kidney Health Australia has updated its CKD Go! app with new information from its 4th edition Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Management in Primary Care handbook.
The CKD Go! app can be downloaded free from the iTunes Store and from Google Play.
The Chronic Kidney Disease Management in Primary care 4th edition handbook provides guidance and clinical tips to help detect, manage, and refer patients in your practice with CKD.
