Access the referral formThe Leukaemia Foundation can provide the following assistance to people diagnosed with a blood cancer:
- Emotional support by experienced support coordinators
- Information and education services
- Carer and family support
- Survivorship support
- Accommodation Support
- Transport assistance – this is in the form of fuel/taxi or uber vouchers
- Bereavement support
- Access to Exercise Pilot Program
- Financial assistance – please fill in attached form
- Return to work/ productivity
- Online support groups
- Webinars
- Podcasts
