Aged Care Connector logoIn response to the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety, DoHAC announced the Care Finder program in the 2021-22 Budget as part of the Connecting Senior Australians to Aged Care Services measure to be delivered through PHNs.

Aged Care Connector will provide specialist and intensive assistance to help people within the target population to understand and access aged care and connect with other relevant supports in the community.

Information session

To assist potential respondents in their submission for Healthy Ageing at Home project, South Western Sydney PHN  (SWSPHN) is conducting an information session to provide an overview of the tender process and requirements, and an opportunity to address questions relating to the tender documentation.

How to use the Tenderlink:

 To use the Tenderlink portal, you must first be a registered provider on Tenderlink.

  1. Register for the portal at www.tenderlink.com/swsphn, then select the Registration Tab and complete the form.
  2. Once confirmed, you will be able to submit proposals through the e-tender box facility.

There is no charge to register with Tenderlink. Once registered, you will be able to access a video tutorial on how to use the Tenderlink website and for Technical Assistance you can contact the Tenderlink support help desk on 1800 233 533 or email support@tenderlink.com.

Respondents are encouraged to begin entering information on the portal well before the submission date, to familiarise themselves with Tenderlink. All electronic copies of files to be attached must be virus checked by the respondent before lodgement. Once a proposal has been submitted via the Tenderlink portal, modifications to the proposals can be made up until the Closing Time. Respondents are encouraged to lodge their proposal via Tenderlink at least two (2) hours before the proposal closing time, and ensure they are familiar with Tenderlink well before the submission date.

Only responses from Tenderlink will be considered. Any other responses will be returned.
