The Australian Digital Health Agency (ADHA) has developed my health, an app owned and operated by ADHA, encouraging patients to proactively manage their health by giving patients quick and easy access to their My Health Record information from their mobile devices.

The my health app was created following feedback and research which confirmed almost two thirds of Australians regularly use their mobile phones to access, share and managed their health information.

my health can be used to view

  • medicine information history
  • pathology results, including COVID-19 test results
  • proof of vaccination history and upcoming immunisations
  • allergy and reactions information
  • hospital discharge summaries
  • advance care planning documents

Watch this video for GPs introducing my health and how it may benefit your practice and patients.
