Aim:
This training aims to raise awareness among GPs about cultural factors influencing cancer screening behaviours. By understanding these factors, GPs will be better equipped to provide culturally safe, patient-centered care, increasing screening rates in diverse populations and improving cancer outcomes.
Learning outcomes:
- Recognise cultural factors influencing cancer screening behaviours to promote safe conversations and practices for breast and cervical screening.
- Apply best practices to ensure culturally safe patient experiences and cancer screening processes.
