Aim:
To develop a comprehensive approach for evaluating practice-wide challenges and opportunities through systems thinking, a panel discussion will foster collaboration within a general practice setting to enhance efficiency and teamwork in managing change, and apply change management theory to create an actionable practice plan for the upcoming changes in July 2025. Participants will engage in breakout rooms to brainstorm effective strategies for applying and managing change.
Learning outcomes:
- Outline a system thinking approach to evaluate practice wide challenges and opportunities.
- Describe how to foster collaboration within a general practice setting to enhance efficiency and multidisciplinary teamwork in managing change.
- Apply change management theory to create a practice plan for the upcoming changes in July 2025.
